Every year we grow lots of asian eggplant, whose only use seems to be for making Baba Ganoush. Here we are smoking the eggplant on our charcoal grill. Recipes for Baba Ganoush are easily found on the Internet and we discovered the crucial ingredient (Tahini) at our local Kroger grocery store. Tahini is a peanut butter like product made from sesame seeds. The combination of Tahini and smoked eggplant is a delight to your taste buds. We have also found that the combination of Baba and Triscuit Thin Crisps is amazing!!
